Boarding

Simply put, your dog stays in my home with me and my dogs. I combine your dog’s routine with my own dogs’ routine. This is done so as to find what best suits the pack. These routines could include either a long walk or a shorter walk depending upon what your dog is accustomed to.

Dogs accepted for in-home boarding must be healthy, have no separation anxiety issues, know basic training and be friendly with people, dogs and cats. Your dog will be part of the family as they live with me and my pets.

Dog Sitting

I provide this service in addition to offering overnight stays in my own home. I will care for your pets (dogs or cats), at your own home, mimicking your animal’s usual schedule for outings, feeding and sleep. As my many references (available upon request) will attest, this is a far less stressful and safer option than boarding your pets at a friend’s home or at a kennel.
I will provide more exercise and play than your fur baby is accustomed to (unless you request otherwise), so that he/she can peacefully and happily dream away the hours until you return.
If you typically crate your dog when alone or want nearly constant companionship for your fur baby, then the house sitting option is likely the best option for you.

Cat Sitting

Before beginning any cat sitting services, I will schedule a complimentary meeting with you and your cat, which will take place in your home. At this time I will ask about your cat’s history, health, temperament, and discuss your specific needs, as well as go over my prices and policies.

In – Home Cat Sitting Visits

Cat sitting Visits take place in your home, and can be tailored to meet your needs. Cat sitting Visits include: preparing of food, water and treats. If your fur baby requires medications or supplements these will be administered at the time of my visit. The litter will be scooped and of course lots of play and snuggle time will be given!

These home visits are not just for cats. I have experience with other types of animals, including birds, rabbits, mice rats, guinea pigs and fish.

Walking

Giving fido regular exercise while you are away for long periods of time is a great way to prevent destructive behaviour and helps them avoid having any unfortunate accidents. Our dog walking services are designed to be beneficial for everyone. Whether you’re too busy to take your pooch out one time, or if he/she’s a rambunctious breed and needs a bit more exercise than you can handle on a weekly basis, we’ll take care of him/her. If your pup is more of a solitary animal and prefers solo walks, we can arrange for that as well.

Before dropping your dog back off to you, I do a once over to check for any injuries, sores, insect bites, etc. I also check to ensure that each dog has access to water, and that the area they are kept in is free of any hazards, or safety concerns.
